Accessibility Information – Wall-it
Last updated: 2026-09-26
Wall-it wants as many people as possible to be able to use our website and online store, regardless of ability.
We work continuously on the accessibility of the website and on making information and functions perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
1. Scope
This information applies to Wall-it's website and online store at www.wall-it.nu.
Certain parts of the customer journey, such as checkout, payment or other functions, may be provided wholly or partly through external services.
2. Keyboard navigation
Key functions should, as far as possible, be usable with a keyboard without requiring a mouse or touchscreen.
3. Text and contrast
We work to ensure that:
- text is clearly legible,
- important elements have sufficient contrast,
- information is not conveyed by colour alone.
4. Images and alternative text
Relevant images should, where needed to understand the content, have appropriate text alternatives.
Decorative images do not need to be described when they do not convey relevant information.
5. Headings and structure
The website should have a logical structure and heading hierarchy that makes navigation and use with assistive technologies easier.
6. Forms
We work to ensure that forms, buttons, fields and error messages:
- are clearly labelled,
- can be navigated,
- give understandable instructions,
- give clear information when an error occurs.
7. Focus indication
Interactive elements should, as far as possible, clearly show when they have keyboard focus.
8. Mobile, tablet and desktop
The website is developed to be usable on different screen sizes and devices.
9. Checkout, identification and payment
We work to ensure that the parts of the purchase process that we provide and can influence are accessible.
Certain parts of the purchase process are provided by Shopify and other external service providers.
10. Third-party services
Wall-it uses external systems and services.
We try to choose services that support an accessible customer experience and work on identified issues within the parts we can influence.
11. Known shortcomings and continuous improvement
The website and its third-party services are continuously developed.
We therefore make no general claim that every page and function meets all accessibility requirements at all times before our current accessibility review has been completed.
Identified shortcomings are prioritised based on, among other things, how much they affect the ability to access information or complete a purchase.
12. Contact us about accessibility problems
If you discover a problem or cannot use a function, you can contact:
Please describe:
- which page or function it concerns,
- what you were trying to do,
- which device and browser you used,
- any assistive technology used.
13. Alternative assistance
If an accessibility shortcoming prevents you from accessing certain information or completing a step, you can contact us.
We will then try, where possible and appropriate, to help or to provide the information in an alternative way.
