2. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products included in the order.

Once the order has been placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided.

Wall-it reserves the right to correct or cancel an order in the event of, for example, obvious pricing errors, technical errors, incorrect stock status, suspected fraud or if the product can no longer be delivered.

If payment has already been made, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Contact us as soon as possible at pfp@wall-it.nu if you wish to change or cancel an order.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, the delivery normally cannot be stopped and the item may instead need to be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Prices, currency and VAT

Prices are shown including applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Wall-it uses Shopify Markets. Prices may therefore be displayed and paid in different currencies depending on the customer's market and selected currency.

Exchange rates and market-adjusted prices may be updated automatically.

The final price, currency, applicable VAT and any shipping cost are shown before the order is placed.

Any fees charged by the customer's bank, card issuer or other payment provider, such as currency conversion fees, are governed by the respective provider.

4. Payment

Available payment methods may vary depending on market, currency, device and other circumstances.

Wall-it currently offers, among others:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Maestro
  • UnionPay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna
  • PayPal

The payment options available for the current order are shown in the checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and relevant payment providers.

Wall-it does not itself handle or store full card numbers, CVV codes or card expiry dates.

5. Delivery countries

Wall-it currently delivers to:

  • Sweden
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • Norway
  • Germany
  • Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Austria
  • Ireland
  • France
  • Spain
  • Italy
  • Slovakia

The markets that can be selected in the checkout are the markets currently available.

6. Delivery options

Wall-it mainly uses PostNord and Instabox/Instabee.

The delivery options offered depend on, among other things, the delivery country, address, parcel size and carrier availability.

Current options and costs are shown in the checkout before the order is placed.

The carrier may contact you by SMS or email regarding, for example:

  • delivery status,
  • tracking,
  • choice of or information about pickup point,
  • delivery time,
  • other information required to complete the delivery.

Wall-it may also send a separate message that your order has been processed, shipped or is on its way.

7. Delivery time

The normal estimated delivery time is:

  • Sweden: 5–10 business days
  • Other delivery countries: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If a delivery is significantly delayed, we will inform the customer where relevant.

8. Shipping and free shipping

The shipping cost depends on the selected delivery method and market and is shown before the order is completed.

Wall-it currently offers free shipping on purchases over 699 SEK or the equivalent threshold in the customer's local currency.

Shopify's dynamic currency handling is used to calculate the equivalent local threshold. The amount may be rounded up to the nearest applicable whole number.

The threshold shown to the customer in the online store and checkout is the one that applies to the order.

9. Risk during transport

Wall-it is responsible for the item during transport to the consumer in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The risk for the item normally passes only when the customer, or someone designated by the customer, has received the item.

10. Deliveries to Norway

Wall-it is registered in Norway's VOEC scheme.

When a Norwegian order is covered by VOEC, Norwegian VAT is handled in accordance with applicable rules.

Necessary VOEC, EORI, order and transport details may be provided to PostNord, customs authorities and other relevant parties in order to complete the delivery.

The current price and applicable taxes are shown in the checkout before purchase.

11. Pre-orders

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders.

For pre-orders:

  • it is clearly stated that the product is a pre-order,
  • the customer pays the full amount when ordering,
  • an estimated delivery time is shown on the product page before purchase.

The stated delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by, for example, production, transport or other circumstances.

If the expected delivery time changes significantly, Wall-it may contact the customer with updated information.

The customer's statutory rights are not affected by the product being sold as a pre-order.

12. Product information

We work to ensure that product images, descriptions, dimensions, prices and other product information are correct.

Minor deviations may occur between images and the actual product, for example due to screen settings, materials, surface finish and normal manufacturing variations.

Obvious technical errors, typographical errors and pricing errors may be corrected.

13. Complaints

If an item is defective, the consumer has the right to make a complaint about the item in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

For Swedish consumers, the right to complain applies under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen).

Consumers in other countries retain the mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Complaints are made through Wall-it's returns and complaints function or by contacting pfp@wall-it.nu.

To be able to assess the case, we may request, for example:

  • order number,
  • which product the case concerns,
  • a description of the problem,
  • images or other relevant documentation.

In the case of a justified complaint, Wall-it covers the necessary costs for the return or other appropriate action.

Wall-it does not provide a separate commercial product warranty unless this is expressly stated for the product in question.

14. Force majeure

Wall-it is not liable for delays or shortcomings caused by extraordinary circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent this is compatible with mandatory law.

This may include, for example, major transport disruptions, natural disasters, government measures, war or similar events.

15. Business customers

These terms are primarily designed for consumer purchases.

For purchases made by a business, the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (köplagen) applies, together with any special terms agreed between the parties.

16. Applicable law and disputes

Swedish law applies to the contract.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rules to which a consumer in another country is entitled under applicable law.

We primarily try to resolve any problems together with the customer.

A Swedish consumer may, when the conditions are met, turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).

Consumers in other countries may be entitled to turn to the equivalent national body for alternative dispute resolution.

17. Personal data

PEG Solutions AB processes personal data in connection with, among other things, orders, payments, deliveries, statistics, analytics and customer service.

Full information can be found in Wall-it's Privacy Policy.

18. Changes

Wall-it may update these terms when the business, our services or applicable rules change.

For a purchase already completed, the version of the terms that was available at the time of purchase applies.
